Dear Partners

This program incentivizes the creation and closing of Partner-Generated (PG) opportunities, specifically focusing on Net-New Logo and Expansion pipelines.

Partner Generated

Deals must be sourced by the partner and registered in the Partner Portal as PGNL (Net New Logo) or PGEXP (New Expansion).

Regional Minimums

Deals must meet the minimum annual recurring revenue (ARR) threshold of USD 30,000 to qualify for incentives.

🏆

Qualified Status

The deal must pass BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline) qualification and be accepted by EDB as a Sales Accepted Lead (SAL).

Participants must follow their own employer's gift and incentive policies. All payouts are subject to local tax regulations.

EDB reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time. EDB holds final approval on all "partner-generated" validation.

Renewals, Support-only, Professional Services, and Public Sector/Government deals do not qualify for this SPIFF.
