Provide expert-level support for Super Micro Servers, Infortrend, DDN Tintri, Cloudian and VAST DATA server and storage products post-sales.
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide resolutions.
Configure and implement server and storage systems based on customer specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to customers on newly implemented systems.
Document support activities, solutions, and best practices for internal and customer knowledge base.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product developments related to servers and storage solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
3-4 years of experience in post-sales support or technical support role for HP, Dell,Supermicro, Infortrend, DDN Tintri and Lenovo server and storage products.
In-depth knowledge of server architecture, RAID configurations, virtualization, and storage protocols (SAN, NAS).
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Experience with server and storage deployment tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Industry certifications are a plus.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
