Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Technobind Solutions, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, supporting partners and customers, and strengthening regional business operations. You will manage inquiries, renewals, demand generation, customer acquisition, and collaborate closely with internal sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Territory Management

  • Manage and develop the assigned regional territory to drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and requests within the region.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

2. Inquiry & Renewal Management

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries, renewals, and customer requests efficiently.
  • Provide timely pricing, quotations, and technical support to field sales teams.
  • Identify renewal opportunities early to prevent churn and secure recurring business.

3. Outbound Sales Engagement

  • Reach out proactively to partners and customers through outbound sales calls.
  • Promote Technobind offerings and generate interest in assigned products.
  • Understand customer needs and create demand opportunities.
  • Support new customer acquisition and partner recruitment efforts.

4. Demand Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Execute weekly demand generation plans for a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records across all sales stages.
  • Coordinate with OSRs, PMs, and BMs to align sales strategies and follow up leads.

5. Quota Attainment & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Maintain detailed records of quota attainment, funnel, and pipeline.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales performance, activities, and progress.

6. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Participate in daily sync-up calls with OSRs, PMs, and BMs.
  • Support regional sales teams and field representatives with information and coordination.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for smooth solution delivery.

7. New Customer Acquisition & Partner Recruitment

  • Identify and engage potential new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.

8. Record Keeping & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, opportunities, and customer updates.
  • Ensure all sales data is properly captured in the CRM system.
  • Support reporting and analysis through organized documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT product distribution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude with proven lead generation and deal-closing ability.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management abilities.
  • Team player who collaborates well with internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT products and distribution channels.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
