Job Overview

As a Partner Success Manager at Technobind, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing and nurturing relationships with top channel partners. Your key focus will be driving sales of Technobind solutions and products through the channel ecosystem while ensuring strong collaboration and exceptional value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing needs and ensuring success with Technobind products and solutions.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales for the complete Technobind portfolio through channel partners.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets across multiple product categories.
  • Identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing partners.

3. Product Management & Sales Coordination

  • Collaborate with product executives to ensure a profitable product mix for channel partners.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams and partners for seamless customer deliveries.
  • Promote enterprise servers, storage solutions, and software products through the channel sales model.

4. Target Achievement

  • Take ownership of meeting sales targets for each product category.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement growth strategies.

5. Partner Enablement & Support

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including sales training and technical assistance.
  • Coordinate product seminars, workshops, and forums for partner training.
  • Ensure partners receive the necessary tools, resources, and support.

6. OEM and Vendor Interaction

  • Maintain relationships with OEMs and principal firms in the territory.
  • Align with OEMs on sales strategies and product development initiatives.

7. Territory & Product Expertise

  • Manage assigned products within the designated territory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.

8. Communication & Collaboration

  • Ensure clear communication with internal teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximize satisfaction and results.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in channel sales or related roles within software, technology, or product distribution.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise servers, storage solutions, and software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Experience in training coordination and technical support services.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
