Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Lead product planning efforts, prioritizing features and functionality based on business objectives, market demand, and customer feedback.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing offerings, particularly focusing on Apple technologies and solutions.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of product benefits and features.

3. Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Define clear product requirements and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and continuously improve product features and functionality.

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze competitor products and industry developments, particularly in the Apple ecosystem, to ensure products stay ahead of the competition.
  • Leverage customer insights, industry knowledge, and data analytics to inform product decisions and drive innovation.

5. Product Launch and Post-Launch Activities

  • Lead product launch efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective execution across all channels.
  • Track product performance post-launch, gather customer feedback, and work with relevant teams to address issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and product usage metrics to ensure the product meets business goals.

6. Sales and Partner Enablement

  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to develop strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Create product documentation, presentations, and other sales tools to support product promotion and sales efforts.
  • Provide ongoing product training and support to internal teams and partners to ensure effective product delivery and client satisfaction.
